This position will be involved with meeting and greeting customers, answering questions and enquiries, making smoothies and coffees and ensuring our members are enjoying the fitness club.

About you:

At least six-months experience in customer service
Fun personality and enjoy talking to people
Basic computer skills
Can do a rotating roster with weekends, early morning and late night shifts

Responsibilities:

Acknowledge all members and guests on arrival and departure and connect with them in line with service standards for front of house and The Lounge.
Answer incoming calls within agreed timeframes, screening and directing them appropriately as per guidelines
Communicate all messages efficiently and promptly.
Provide accurate information regarding club facilities, programs, social events and member suggestions.
Handle membership enquiries and bookings (using member management system).
Take ownership of all questions and queries from members and guests.
Complete merchandise sales.  Provide communication link between all teams in the club.
Report any member booking and telecommunication system errors to Customer Service Manager.
Complete all relevant tasks in line with the member lifecycle.
Participate in club operations activities to fully understand and keep up to date with product offering.
Ensure member information is handled in line with the privacy guidelines and maintain strict confidentiality to ensure it is not disclosed to any third party.
Ensure day to day operations of The Lounge are in line with normal operating procedures.
